Nick was also on the founding team of MSN.com at Microsoft in 1995. Nick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (with Distinction) and a Math Degree from the University of Waterloo (Dean's Honor List).

Steve HubSteve Davis, CEO, Rue La La

Steve Davis is the CEO of Rue La La, a leader in the digital private-sale space with a membership base of over 9 million. Steve joined Rue La La in October of 2010.

Prior to joining Rue La La, Steve was President of GSI Commerce International from 2007 to 2010, based in Barcelona, Spain. Steve served in various roles upon joining the founding GSI executive team in 2000, including Senior Vice President responsible for Account Management, Product Management, and Marketing. In addition to building GSI into the leader of outsourced e-commerce services, Steve developed the strategy for and launched GSI’s Marketing Services division, which is currently a Top 15 Interactive Agency as ranked by Ad Age.

Anne D'InnocenzioAnne D'Innocenzio, Reporter, Retail Industry, AP

Anne D'Innocenzio has been covering the retail industry for The Associated Press since August 2000, though her focus has shifted many times, from breaking Mattel's toy recalls in 2007 to writing a series on shoppers' frugality in the aftermath of the recession. One of her big focuses now is looking at how traditional retailers like Wal-Mart Stores Inc., are trying to reinvent themselves as digital companies. Last fall, D'Innocenzio, who is based in Manhattan, spent a week in the San Francisco area, visiting the technology hubs of such retailers as Wal-Mart, Target Corp. , American Eagle Outfitters and Kohl's and reported on how these companies are hiring top Silicon Valley talent to stay on top of emerging tech trends.

Currently, Robin is the CMO at Rue La La and is responsible for furthering the growth of the Rue La La brand across all areas of business, including the Men’s and Women’s Fashion categories and Rue Living. Scott HealyScott Healy, EVP & GM, Consumer and Business Services, Care.com

As EVP and GM of Consumer and Business Services at Care.com, Scott is responsible for the worldwide growth and profitability of online services for consumers, and also oversees the Company's corporate clients and offerings, ranging from local SMBs to global corporations. These services include marketing and recruiting solutions for companies in the care industry, as well as back-up care and other work-life benefits services for large employers.

Scott has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, product management and general management. Brian KalmaBrian Kalma, Managing Director, GetGlorious

Brian is a creative entrepreneur with roots in User Experience, e-commerce, Marketing and super-fast growth business leadership. Brian was with Zappos in the early days serving as the Director of Marketing & Creative Services during its highest growth years. He spun-out the User Experience and Product Management teams from within Marketing and served as Director of those groups during his last few years at Zappos. He left in 2010.

Brian then moved on to Gilt Groupe where he served as Senior Director of User Experience over the core Gilt Groupe web product during their expansive growth period. He then moved on to launch his own product/company, Snipwits, which was quickly acquired by Gemvara where Brian then served as Chief Experience Officer to the innovative custom jewelry company. Jim is CEO at Vee24, the world’s leader in video engagement solutions for ebusiness. Prior to Vee24, he was the EVP and CMO at Shoebuy.com, a Top 100 online retailer. At Shoebuy.com, Jim was responsible for all online and offline advertising and marketing programs and partnerships, sales, website optimization, and customer loyalty, as well as software development, website operations, and customer experience.

His prior career has included a variety of both business and policy roles in the technology industries and has focused on the development of products and markets in emerging online categories. In addition to his roles in the software and services industries, he was the Director of Innovation Programs at the Cambridge-MIT Institute, a joint venture between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Cambridge University. He has also served as a Fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School, and the Associate Director of the Harvard Information Infrastructure Project.

Jill Kravetz is Co Founder and CEO at Gloss48 Inc., a new online discovery site connecting niche, cult, new, and exciting beauty brands with beauty junkies. Previously, Jill was President of MiniLuxe, a growing chain of nail and beauty lounges in New England, which she founded as Partner at the Cue Ball Group, a venture investment firm focused on the consumer and information spaces. In addition to operating Gloss48 and MiniLuxe, Jill has provided strategic advice to company CEOs and senior management in a wide variety of industries and functions. Jill is a Director of the Foundation Board at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Raised in Canada, Jill holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biology from Queen’s University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. Courtney MacConnellCourtney MacConnell, Senior Account Executive, Google

Courtney MacConnell has 15+ years of experience working in digital marketing and is a Senior Account Executive at Google, where she oversees a sales and account management team in the retail category with responsibility for over $80MM in annual revenue. During her six years at Google she has worked with a variety of clients such as Staples, CVS, Reebok, L.L.Bean and Orvis. She works with clients to understand their marketing goals and help them be successful and drive growth in today's online marketplace.

Before joining Google, she worked for a division of Time, Inc. in sales development. She has also worked at a number of agencies, such as Digitas, in account management. She is a graduate of Trinity College. She currently resides in Charlestown, MA with her husband and son.

Ed Macri, SVP, Marketing & Business Intelligence, WayfairEd Macri

Ed Macri is SVP of Marketing & Business Intelligence at Wayfair. He joined Wayfair in 2007 to launch its enterprise Business Intelligence group. Today, he oversees that as well as Brand, Direct, and Loyalty Marketing across Wayfair’s brands and geographies. Faisal MasudFasial Masud, EVP of Global E-Commerce, Staples

Faisal is a veteran in the eCommerce and Marketplace industry having held leadership roles at several Fortune-500 online retailers. He has over 15 years of retail and distribution experience, primarily in the ecommerce industry, focused on merchandising, buying, planning, demand forecasting, supply chain, vendor performance management, 3PL, reverse logistics and drop-ship management.

Faisal Masud is the Executive Vice President of Global eCommerce at Staples where he is responsible for leading online and digital growth. Prior to joining Staples, Faisal was the Vice President of the Global Goods business at Groupon where he oversaw the general management over Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Product Development and Supply Chain. Previously, he was the Head of Global Marketplace Shipping and Delivery Experience at eBay, responsible for the management of US and Cross-Border transportation, logistics and export businesses. Faisal was also the Director for Amazon Global Reverse-Logistics (overseeing WarehouseDeals, Trade-in Platform and Worldwide Customer Returns) at Amazon.com.

Stephanie MatthewsStefanie Matthews, Operations Manager, PayPal Media Network

Stefanie Matthews is the Operations Manager of PayPal Media Network, which provides targeted advertising and closed loop offer distribution. She has a foundation of over ten years in ad trafficking and operations experience from previous companies such as TripAdvisor and the Captivate Network.

Stefanie currently oversees the finance, presale, post-sale, design, and trafficking teams at PPMN. Her technical knowledge allows her to liaison with engineering and product groups for back-end optimization and new product launches. Under her guidance these teams interact with PayPal consumers and clients at all parts of the purchase and sales cycle, dealing with campaign management, trafficking, and demand generation.

Shane McAndrewShane McAndrew, VP, Client Services, Visual IQ

Shane McAndrew is the vice president of client services at Visual IQ. He is responsible for leading Visual IQ’s client services team in providing training and usage support of the company's IQ Intelligence Suite of cross channel marketing attribution software products, as well as strategic consultation to clients on best practices in cross channel marketing attribution and optimization.

Shane brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling digital strategy, analytics and client services teams in high-growth technology and professional services companies. Adam MedrosAdam Medros, VP, Global Product, TripAdvisor

Adam Medros heads worldwide product development for TripAdvisor. Since joining TripAdvisor in 2004, Adam has overseen improvements to core functionality, content operations, international expansion, and development of a wide variety of travel planning features including metasearch hotel pricing, the TripAdvisor and City Guide mobile apps on iOS and Android, the “Trip Friends” social features, and Facebook Instant Personalization on TripAdvisor.

Sucharita MulpuruSucharita Mulpuru, VP,Principal Analyst, Forrester

Sucharita serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals. She is a leading expert on eCommerce, multichannel retail, consumer behavior, and trends in the online shopping space. She is also a noted authority on technology developments that affect the online commerce industry and vendors that facilitate online marketing and merchandising.

Prior to Forrester, Sucharita was the director of marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she managed the customer acquisition, retention, and market research efforts for the $2 billion luxury retailer's online channel. Prior to Saks, she held management positions at Toys R Us, where she was a merchant in the Babies R Us division and a store manager in one of the company's largest toy stores. Kitsy HubLauren Nagel, VP of Marketing, KitsyLane

Lauren Nagel is a data-driven marketer specializing in Internet start-ups. Nagel received her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and obtained both an an MBA (Marketing) and an MS (Information Systems) at Boston University. She has worked and run marketing teams at FlipKey (acquired by TripAdvisor) and Karmaloop, and she is currently the Vice President of Marketing at KitsyLane, a venture-backed e-commerce company. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Carl provides Blueport with strategic and product leadership as the company helps furniture retailers build profitable e-commerce channels in a category once thought “impossible” to sell online.

In 1999, Carl served as SVP of Product Development for the original Furniture.com, then a “pure play” furniture e-commerce site. Responsible for the company’s website design, merchandising, and direct marketing efforts, Carl drove online furniture sales to an annualized $84M in less than a year. In November of 2000, Carl led the effort to purchase and repurpose the company’s name and technology assets. The idea? To use what was learned during the dot-com boom to serve top furniture retailers and bring this last large retail category online.

Michael Putnam is Senior Vice President of Mobile at KAYAK, with global responsibility for all KAYAK apps. Karl is the CEO and Co-Founder of Evergage. Under Karl’s leadership, Evergage has experienced strong growth in its client base in 2013. Notable clients include Publishers Clearing House, Palms Casino Resort, Bullhorn, Crimson Hexagon and Endurance International Group. Prior to Evergage, Karl spent 10 years as a product and marketing innovator at a variety of companies including RSA Security and Red Hat. He led the development of next-gen software businesses in security, cloud-computing and marketing technology. Karl graduated from Harvard with a degree in Physics. @wirthkarl
