Brainshark, Inc.: Innovation has been the driving force behind the Brainshark culture since our founding in 1999. Our cloud-based solutions make it easy for business people to communicate more effectively using online video and mobile presentations.

Brass Monkey: Brass Monkey is passionate about making amazing gaming experiences accessible through technology innovation. Our tech allows people to enjoy great games without having to invest in new hardware- players can simply use devices that most people already own! The possibilities are mind-blowing for what can be created with our system.  Best of all, the app is free, and our SDKs are free for developers. To us, innovation means making things easier, more fun, and more accessible.

Bullhorn: At Bullhorn, we define “innovation” as the means by which we transform antiquated processes into hallmarks of the digital, social future. With theFIT, we’re fundamentally reshaping the framework of communication between prospective employees and employers. We spend more time at work than we do at home, and the idea of accepting a job offer based on a generic descriptor and hiring someone based on a rehearsed interview is counter-intuitive. By removing the friction involved getting to know a company’s culture and understanding the true personalities of applicants, the FIT helps businesses, employees, and job candidates build long-lasting productive relationships.

Cartera Commerce: As the company leading the re-invention of the “deal,” innovation is at the core of Cartera. From helping merchants re-invent how they promote their brands, to helping banks & loyalty programs re-invent their rewards programs, to helping consumers re-invent how they save money and earn rewards – Cartera’s innovations are transforming the very foundation of commerce.

Catalina Mobile: Innovation is about pushing our people, brands, retailers and their shoppers to do things differently, but in a way that drives value for all. It's about rethinking how things are done today and how we can make them better, smarter and more efficient.

Crashlytics: Innovation is what drives Crashlytics. Our love is in taking extraordinarily difficult, esoteric technical problems and solving them in a way that reveals their inner elegant simplicity. By wrapping complexity in beautiful, intuitive user experiences, we empower developers at all levels with knowledge and understanding previously available only to the most experienced engineers.

CraveLabs, Inc.: We believe innovation means discarding the shackles of what is "impossible" in order to discover a new "possible" -- whether that be in crafting new technology or making current technology more accessible to a larger audience.

DynamicOps: Innovation has driven DynamicOps since our origin at Credit Suisse, where our technology was created to address the challenge of managing the company’s highly complex virtualized IT environment. It is what has propelled DynamicOps to leadership in the cloud computing market, where our patented automated, self-service solutions are helping global organizations rapidly build and easily manage on-demand private and cloud services. We encourage innovation throughout our organization, from the way we empower our development team to create next-generation solutions, to the way our sales and marketing teams help customers discover new and better ways to optimize efficiencies and savings.
