Staples: Innovation is a key driver for our business. As the second largest ecommerce company, it is important to consistently be on the cutting edge of business ideas and technology. We foster innovation amongst our associates through pet projects, innovation speaker series and collaboration through our global ecommerce center. Ultimately test and learning and innovation help us discover the best ways to serve our customers.

Temperature@lert: This is no secret: change drives innovation. We love innovation and are on the leading edge of the remote temperature monitor industry. Through innovation we are able to grow our company both product-wise and personnel-wise. It is because of change that we have been able to build such a loyal customer group, always coming back for more products and additional services. We have been so fortunate to have been able to craft a strategy so closely linked with the wants and needs of our customers. Change also requires flexibility. You will not be stuck in a cubicle all day. You may be pulled away from your analysis or spreadsheets due to phone calls or operational tasks that take precedent. We feel that flexibility fosters personal growth and learning within the company.

TripAdvisor: As part of the world's largest travel site, TripAdvisor Mobile has a very specific view of innovation: we want to help as many travelers as possible, especially during their trip. In our case, innovation is the product of how much we can influence a travel experience multiplied by how many experiences we can influence. Luckily, the wealth of travel advice that we make available during a trip has the ability to hugely -- and positively -- influence all travelers. Our mobile application allows us to reach more travelers and to reach them while they're traveling, where we can make an even bigger impact. In practice, this view means that rather than building features which are useful to the most technically-savvy of our users, we're interested in tools which help a wide and growing swath of our visitors to the best possible experience where ever, whenever and however they need to use our reviews, advice and guidance.

True Fit: Delighting retailers and consumers by making shopping simpler, faster, smarter, personalized.
