FutureM, the annual event showcasing the future of marketing, today announced that Amit Phansalkar, Chief Data Officer of MassMutual, will host the data track at this year’s event. The FutureM 2014 data track will feature a number of experts in the big data marketing ecosystem, including senior director of Analytics at Wayfair, David Drollette, who will discuss how data can be used to benefit the customer. David’s session will highlight a customer first approach to data analytics, sourcing data from in-store visits, call centers, mobile apps and credit card data. His talk will break down the ways marketers can harness data and predictive analytics to evolve products and services in order to create a richer experience for the customer.
